Standard Features CALIBER AESTHETICS • Three-sided viewing area provides a contemporary style to your home. • A very realistic wood-like fire is created with large burning embers, random flame, and logs with hand-painted detailing. • A modulating flame control means variable Btu input (26,000-34,000 Btu/hr. for natural gas; 23,000 -30,000 Btu/hr. for L.P. gas) and flame height. • Caliber minimizes the steel surround and maximizes the viewing area for a better-looking fireplace. • Steel refractory lining provides a masonry appearance. INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE • "Quick-Access Glass" keeps routine maintenance simple. No screws, bolts, or special tools, just three spring latches provide a sure firebox seal. • A removable burner assembly is the ultimate convenience during routine service calls and future upgrades. Six simple screws release the assembly. • The one-piece log set minimizes installer and homeowner confusion over proper log placement, ensuring reliable performance. • Direct vent system provides a sealed combustion chamber; also offers the choice of venting from the top or side of the appliance. SAFETY STANDARDS • Thermopile-thermocouple standing pilot is an industry-leading safety application. • Protective metal edge minimizes glass chipping during routine maintenance. • The patented "Catch Latch" system on the glass provides safe handling and fireplace performance. • A high limit switch is a built-in, standard feature on all Caliber appliances. • Spring-loaded expansion relief door relieves any pressure that may build up inside the firebox. • Tested and Listed to UL Safety Standards. • One-year limited warranty. Product Dimensions Finishing Materials Warning: You cannot cover any of the removable panels on this unit as this may create a fire hazard. When finishing the Caliber Peninsula, combustible material may be brought up to the sides of the fireplace but must never overlap the black area.
