I have an existing driveway leading to a concrete pad (see attached plan). The existing pad is approx. 24 feet and 5 inches thick. The site is also deemed to be inside the required setbacks. East & North wall and footer are on Solid Rock, therefore it is prohibitive to pour footer. Will pour monolithic thickend edge.
