The Roaring Fork Preserve Architectural Review Commtttee (ARC) approves the building and/or improvements
hsted and identified on the attached si gned ARC Application submi tted by you, the homeowner. This approval
is based upon meeting the criteria outHned in the Roaring Fork Preserve CC&R's , w ith regard to conformity of
selected building materials, conti nui ty w ith ex i st i ng structures, and natural (landscape) surroundings.
This approval letter does NOT express l y imply any w ri tten warranty with regard to architectural design,
structural integrity, and conformity to building codes, environmental impact or clean water asseHment. These
items are the sole responsibility of the owner and the Authori ty Having Jur isdiction (AHJ). Any expenses with
regard to compliance or corrective action w ·ll be the respons ibiltty of the homeowner.
