In fight of this Information, I recommend that a fooling & stem wall foundation be used. Use an 18-lnch wide by 10..fnch deep footing reinforced with two #4 continuous rebar. Use an 8-lnch thick stemwall reinforced with vertical #4 reba' spaced 32• on center and three #4 horizcntal rebar placed at the top, bottom, and mid-height of the stem wa!.
