1. This Statement of Authority is for: Aspen Valley Polo Club, LLC.
2. Aspen Valley Polo Club, LLC is a Colorado limited liability company.
3. The current mailing address for Aspen Valley Polo Club, LLC is: 3629 Aiken Court,
Wellington, Florida 33414.
4. Gary A. Wright is authorized by Aspen Valley Polo Club, LLC, without limitation, to
execute instruments encumbering or otherwise affecting title to certain real property owned by
Aspen Valley Polo Club, LLC, in Garfield County, Colorado, to wit:
Equestrian Lot, ASPEN EQUESTRIAN ESTATES, A PLANNED UNIT
DEVELOPMENT, according to the Plat thereof filed June 6, 2000, as Reception No.
564578, Garfield County, Colorado.
Lot B-1, ASPEN EQUESTRIAN ESTATES, A PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT,
according to the Plat thereof filed June 6, 2000, as Reception No, 564678, Garfield
County, Colorado.
5. This Statement ofAuthority is executed and delivered pursuant to C.R.S. §38 -3o-172 by the
undersigned on behalf of: Aspen Valley Polo Club, LLC
6. This Statement of Authority amends, supercedes and replaces in all respects any prior
Statement of Authority given by Aspen Valley Polo Club, LLC
7. The undersigned intend and understand that the covenants and representations contained
in this Statement of Authority will be relied upon by third -parties, expressly including, but not
limited to Attorneys Title Insurance Agency of Aspen, LLC, and The Northern Trust Company,
relating t i th nancing and refinancing of the above described r ,erty.
