CIVIL AND ENV N,1tF�CIiVED DESIGN MAR 0 2 2003 GARFIELD COUNTY BUILDING & PLANNING RE: Response to Comments - Final Plat Application for Mahan Subdivision Dear Fred: Attached for your continued use and review are the items deemed incomplete in the Final Plat application for the Mahan Subdivision. Based on your letter dated October 15, 2008 the following has been included, modified, or incorporated: 1. The plat has been revised (attached) to reflect "Mahan Properties" as the owner in the Certification of Dedication and Ownership. 2. The County Road 126 right-of-way has been labeled on the plat. 3. A current Title Commitment is attached and is congruent with the plat. 4. The Mineral Owners have been included on the plat. 5. The Surveyor's Certificate has been revised as requested. 6. The dates have been revised to 2009. 7. A Statement of Authority has been attached. 8. Easement notes have been clarified on the plat. 9. A Bill of Sale has been attached. 10. The plat note has been revised as requested. 11. The plat note has been revised as requested 12. The Certification of Dedication and Ownership has been revised to include the property legal description. 13. A check in the amount of $3,011.18 dollars for the Traffic Impact Fee is attached. Also attached is a check for the School Site Acquisition Fee of $425. 14. The SIA has been revised as requested. 15. The CCR's have been revised as requested.
