Recitals
A- The Board of county commissioners of Garfietd counfy, colorado' received a
request for an extension to file u piout H"t ro, the Quicksilver court suMivision to suMivide a
79.82 asre property into seven (z) singie family -*:ig"S" lots and said property is legally
described as l,ots Z and2A, Grass Uesinarr.t, dubdivision located in unincorporated Garfield
CounE.
B- The subject properfy is owned by Jody Daniels and Greg Hasenberg and located south
ofthe City of Rifle at I155 Quicksilver Way'
C.ThesubjectpropertyislocatedwithintheRura]Znfu'eDistrict.
D. Dudng the regular public meeting of the Board of County Commissioners on the 7th

E- The Board on the basis of substantial competent evidence produced at the
aforementioned meeting, has madethe following determinxions of fact:
1. Proper notice was provided as required for the meeting before the Board of county
Commissioners-
Z. The meeting before the Board of County Commissioners was extensive atrd complete,
that all pertinent facts, matters and iszues were sutnnitted and that atl interested
Parties were hemd at that meeting'
3. The application is in compliance with the sundards set forth in the Garfield County
Unified Land Use Resolution of 2008, as amended'
4. The above stated and other reasons, the proposed preliminary plan has been
determined to be in the best interest of the heatth- safety, morals, convenience, order,
prosperityandwelfareofthecitizensofGarfieldCotrnty.
RESOLUTION
NOW THERF-FORE, BE IT RESOLYED by the Board of county commissioners of Garfield
County, Colorado, that:
A. The forgoing Recitals are incorporated by this reference as part of the resolution'
B. A l-year extension to file the Final Plat for the Quicksilver Court Subdivision to
December 8,2010 is hereby approved'
