Yes, you may submit revisions to approved plans for the ADU . If the land use permit has been issued, please provide a
copy with the plan submittal. If the land use permit has not yet been issued, we can accept the revised plans, do the
review, but cannot approve/issue until land use permit approval . Feel free to forward any questions or concerns.

Subject: Suma Cottage Building Permit Submittal
Dave,
We are getting close to finally submitting the Suma Cottage as an ADU. Can you confirm that you will only need an
updated plan as we originally discussed to convert our current "auxiliary building permit" into an "ADU building permit"?
Want to make sure I have everything you need before driving over there to submit. I am in contact with Glenn Hartmann
on what he needs to review the Land Use Change but want to make sure I don't skip over anything specific to building
permit requirements.
