Please find attached application packet for the project located at 4 Red Wing Lane. Carbondale , CO 81623. This project will consist
of the construction of an accessory dwelling unit. The primary residence is existing. Below are some clarifications to items
requested in the building permit application.
OWTS-There is an existing OWTS that will need to be altered for the addition of the ADU. Carla Ostberg with All Service Septic is
In the process of designing a system for submittal. She has provided us with documentation for this system in this packet though the
final design and OWTS application will be separate from this packet
Driveway-The e xisting property access will be used for the ADU No additional access 1s requested in this application
Planning Review-This project does require planning review. As of 5/11/16 the project is in final stages of comment review.
