Owners agreement for a permit to build a garage prior to building a
residence
I, ·' state that the garage built as
authorized by the pennit for which I am lying will be used exclusively for storage of
automobiles or personal possessions and not for any residentail dwelling or commerci al
purpose. I also state that a building pennit for my home will be issued with one (1) year
of this agreement.
