sketch plan. It is our belief that the only geological characterlstic
which adversley affects this project is a relatively high water table.
Engineered footing designs and septic systems should alleviate this
concern. The estimated constructi-on costs for Giomi Lane and relatedpublic faciliries is $20,000.00.
