The estimate was done from the plans produced by SGM dated May 26, 1994. The total cost of on-site improvements will be approximately $75,000. the breakdown for these costs are outlined below. The cost of road improvements is based on a lGfoot wide road using 6' of Class 6 aggregate based course totaling $15,000. The cost of the water system is approximately $50,000. This includes the installation of two wells at $8,000 each, 2500 linear feet of collection and distribution piping at $20,000, 5000 gallon cistern at $5,000, and the control building and necessary appurtenances at $12,000.
