As you are aware, the Garfield Courty Plaming ard. Zonrng Comrnission reviewed the Toland
Estates Subdivision sketch plan on Wednesday, October 13,2094 and provided comments in
addition to the Staffcomments provided in the Staffmemo you received which I have summmized for
your reference below:
. Mineral rights
. Road sharing agreement
o Accessory dwelling units
o Stop sign as improvement from the Road and Bridge Department
Agam, the Sketch PIan corrrments shaltr be valid for a period not to exceed one (1) year from the date
ofthe Ptanning Commission review, 10/13/05. If a Frelirninary Plan for the proposed zubdivision is
not presented to the Garfield County Planning Cornmission within this period, you will need to zubmit
an updated Sketch Plan application to the Planning Department for review and comparison with the
original application.
There is no action required ofyou regarding this courtesy confirmation ofthe recommendations of
the commission.
