If a Frelirninary Plan for the proposed zubdivision is not presented to the Garfield County Planning Cornmission within this period, you will need to zubmit an updated Sketch Plan application to the Planning Department for review and comparison with the original application. There is no action required ofyou regarding this courtesy confirmation ofthe recommendations of the commission.
