Re: Plat Amendment requestfor Tracts 39 and 42 of the Antlers Orchard Development
Company's Plat No. I
Dear Neil,
As you are aware, on Monday, February 7 ,2l05,the Board of County Commissioners approved the
request to amend the respective boundaries for Tracts 39 and42 ofthe Antlers Orchard Development
Company's Plat No. 1 owned by Paul and Terri Samuelson with the following conditions:
1. That all representations of the Applicant, either within the application or stated at the
meeting before the Board, shall be considered conditions of approval.
2. Within 90 days of approval, the Amended Final Plat shall be reviewed (paper copy), then
signed and dated (mylar copy) by the County Surveyor, than signed and dated by the
Chairman of the Board and recorded in the Clerk and Recorder's Office of Garf,reld County.
The Amended Finat Plat shall meet the minimum CRS standards for land survey plats, as
required by Colorado state law, and approved by the County Surveyor and shall include, at a
minimum, the information outlined in Section 5:22 of the Garfreld County Subdivision
Regulations
3. Dorothy Pretti shall be required to complete a Lot Line Adjustrnent application obtained
from the Garfield County Building and Planning Department to reflect the change in the
larger parcel. This shall be completed and the necessary documentation recorded in the
Office of the Clerk and Recorder concurently with the recordation of the final plat for
Amended Tract 42 of the Antlers Orchard Development.
