other resolutions or zoning codes of the jurisdiction. Certificates presuming to give authority to violate or cancel the provisions of
this code or ofthis code or of other resolutions of the jurisdiction shall not be valid. (2003 IRC Sec. 110.1, IBC Sec. 110.1 ).
