Hi Eric,
We have no problem with them using the equipment until we can get in to inspect it, as long as
you and others involved with the installation are comfortable that everything is complete, safe,
and ready for use.
Let us know when we can get in and we will get the Final inspection done for you.

Per our phone conversation of this morning, you may expect a request for Final inspection for
the permit referenced above. I discussed this with Eric this morning and explained to him that,
as I understand it, this system should be considered exempt beyond the terminals of the
controller, under§ 12-23-111 (18) and§ 12-23-11 1 (20). Therefore, inspect it accordingly, once
the site is accessible.
