The purpose of this letter is to address the construction of the Onsite Wastewater Treatment System for
the Eisenson Residence located at 657 Schooner Lane in Garfield County, CO. (northeast of
Carbondale). Boundaries Unlimited Inc. (BUI) performed an inspection of the installed system on
March 29, 2016. The installation included a 2,000-gallon concrete septic tank, a dosing pump system
(pump not installed), a cleanout near the house, and 88 Quick 4 Infiltrators in a 4x22 bed configuration.
Materials were on site for the inspection ports, flush valves and pressure piping.
The system appeared to have been installed in conformance with the intent of the design. The
contractor was directed to complete the installation of inspection ports, flush valves and pressure piping
and backfill with onsite select soils. I have enclosed photos of the construction.
