APPLICATION FOR EXETiIPTION FROM EAGLE COUNTY
Pursuant to Section 5.OI of the Eag1e County Subdivision
Regulations, CoLorado Country Ltd. hereby applies for exemption
from the provisions of the said regulations as to its proposed
development, known as KINGS ROW SUBDMSION located in Garfield
and EagLe Counties, Colorado. The total acreage is 202''56 acres
with approximately 40 acres bein-g located in Eagle County and
the balance in Garfield County. The Proposed useage of the Land
is 48 single family dwellings with one commercial lot to be
located in Garfield CountY, CoLorado.
The reason for the requested exemption is not treated
eittrer in the State statutes or the Eagle County Subdivision
regulations, but it is deemed necessary that an exemption be

county, colorado, as more particularly aPpears on copy of sketch
plan of Xings Row, five copies of which were heretofore submitted
to the Eagle county Planning Commission by w. G. Johnson on
April g, Lg74, and a coPy of which is attached to this appJ'ication

and utilities extending from Garfield County
4. That schools for all of the children who may live

water table in any of the hol-es dug and terr;rin is high country
irrigated land. In my opinionl depending on the number of sites and
spacing, the terrain is suitable for individual septic tank and
leech fields.
