Final Design Review
After receiving your revised drawings on April 26111, 2016 and final material samples and on April
30th, 2016, the Four Mile Ranch DRC has the following final comments for you to address prior to
approval and then you may begin your construction:
I. Exterior Surfaces -The following exterior finishes are missing from the Final Design
submittal and require review/approval:
a. Exterior light fixtures and placement on home
b. Front Door style and finish sample
c. Garage Door style and finish sample
d. Window clad color sample
e. Corrugated Metal roofing sample
The DRC will require these for review prior to the start of construction.
2 . Site Plan -Please place silt and/or construction fencing at the edges of the construction
limits described on the site plan prior to grading activities to define the limits of
construction. This will help limit the amount of disturbance to native vegetation.
3 . Construction Start -Please supply to DRC Construction Deposit as defined in Appendix E if
you have not already done so. A final pre-construction meeting with the DRC will need to
take place to discuss any final items before commencing construction per Appendix A.
4 . Second Floor Square Footage and Driveway Alignment -Please submit separately a request
for both of these variances from the Four Mile Design Guidelines. This is for both our
records and for you to utilize when obtaining Garfield County Building Permit if they
question noncompliance with subdivision guidelines. This is primarily for the DRC records.
