I will deliver the Survey and owner authorization letter tomorrow morning. 1. It would appear the structure is too tall to meet the 25 ft. building height limitation. Specifically the existing grades found at the structure's 4 corners close to grid lines B-2, B-9 and F-2,F-9 on sheet A 3.4 need to be determined in order to get the average existing grade plane below the principal roof. This horizontal existing grade plane would then be compared to the horizontal roof grade plane mid-way between the peak and the eve of the roof. The building height cannot be greater than 25 ft. measured vertically between these two horizontal planes based on the zoning for this property. We revised all the wall heights to conform the height limits. The revised elevations pages were submitted to the building department yesterday. I have also attached the revised plans. 2. A lot specific soils report must be submitted as per the plat notes for this property. See attached 3. An engineer's sealed design of the proposed drainage plan around the structure must be submitted as per the plat notes. I have requested will deliver asap 4. Sheets A-5.1 and A-5 .2 are referenced in the plan set submitted but not included with the submitted plans. These pages where never requested from the architect and therefore unavailable. I have attached a copy of the project specifications where the insulation values are mentioned in section 7. 5. The owner either needs to sign the applications for building and septic or provide a letter allowing the contractor to sign on his or her behalf. I will deliver this tomorrow Abdi Pirzadeh, President Aspen Built Homes Inc.
