Please accept our application for the permitting of an additional pre -fabricated meter building located at
our gas processing facility located north of Parachute, CO.
The permit being requested is for same type and size building as was requested in 2012 under permit
NO. BLCO-9-12-2629.
The meter building will be located north and adjacent to the building listed on the aforementioned 2012
permit.
