Structure is limited to 400 square feet with a maximum occupant load of 4 and is to be occupied for no more than nine hours a day by employees only. 2 . A temporary restroom facility shall be provided including a potable water supply fo r personal hygiene needs . 3. The modular unit shall be provided with a State of Colorado Housing Authority Insignia indicating conformance with Garfield County snow load requirements . 4 . State of Colorado inspectors to do a ll electrical and fire sprinkler inspections. Sign off for final in s pections for thes e areas must be completed prior to Garfield County final inspection. 5 . Egress shall conform with Chapter 10 IBC 6 . Occupancy of these units is allowed once the final inspection by the County has been passed. 7 . County approval is for the unit set only to include foundation , tie downs, and uti l ities.
