Hi Andy,
It seems the more we get done -there
are more unforeseen issues we have to tend to. The
electrical inspector, Mr. Feck, would like us to mount
another 2 electrical meters closer to the ADU and the
shop. We have applied for the electrical permit for the
meters and will expect to have a response within the next
4 to 6 weeks. This will entail earth moving equipment and
will require the ground to be thawed to do so. Therefor I
would like to request an extension of the existing ADU
permit for the Wallace property at 1067 Gage rd. Rifle, Co.

permit number BLRE-12-14-347 4. Please consider our
situation and know that we have every intention of
resolving our issues with the Garfield county building
department as soon as the weather allows. Thank you for
