Mr. Schwaller-
I am writing to request an extension to the building permit #2990 with an expiration date of 03/26/14 due to
circumstances that have delayed work on my basement remodel and prevented readiness for an inspection. When I got
the wall framing to near completion I required a major shoulder surgery in December that stopped work. Due to budget
constraints I have been unable to hire the work done and am currently finishing physical therapy and rehab to be able to
resume work in April. An extension of the expiration date of a couple of months or whatever is feasible should allow me
to complete the framing and request inspections to continue the permit.
