Prior to the expiration of a conditiona! approval, however, the Applicant may request an extension of the expiration date as follows: Supporting Documentation. Statf recommends that the Board grant the requested one-year e)dension to allow for an additional year to complete the condition of approval required by Resolution No. 2OO9-52 for the S-Mile Ranch Gravel Pit. Should the Board approve this request a Draft Resolution is included as Exhibit K which would require satisfaction of conditions and issuance of the Special Use Permit on or prior to July 1 3,2017. 2 1. ?l}$I,:#--*i\f H_Y#:HHj:H:Y''****o'u' STATE OF COLORADO County of Garficld ) )ss ) At a regular mccting of thc Boa3d ofCounty Commissioncrs for Garficld Cormty, Colondo, hcld in ttrc CoirmissionorsiMcairg Roorq Garfictd Couaty Cowthouso, in Glcnrvood Springs otr, Mondalr, the l3h day ofJuly A-D. 2009, tlrcrc wcrc pcsat Johnlvla$in - .commissioncrchairman Milce Sam* - -- .
