GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
I. Design Is based on the 2009 edition of the International
Residential Code (IRO). - -
2.AII dimensions, elevations and details on structural documents
shall be verified against exlsting conditions and driveway
design drawings prior to construction or fabrication.
5.The contract structural documents and specifications represent
the completed structure. The contractor shall provide all
measures necessary to protect the structure and existing
adjacent structures and utilities.
FOUNDATIONS
I. Foundation Design Is basad on Solls Report 0101-555A by
Colorado Engineering and Geotechnical Group, Inc, dated May 23, 2001.
The Contractor shall review the Solis Report and Pollow all
recommendations therein, including, but not limited to excavation,
site condltlons, drainage, backfill and compaction.
2.Avold excessive watting or drying of the excavation, keeping the
excavation reasonably free of water during placement of footings.
