RE: Middle Fork Water Treatment Facility Water Quality Data
Dear Sir or Madam:
Please find attached, the data summary table and laboratory analysis report for water samples
collected from the Middle Fork Water Treatment Facility on June 7, 2016.
The water represented by these samples is contained in engineered, lined impoundments and is
used solely for natural gas exploration and production activities. The water will not come in
contact with the general public or with environmental receptors such as soil, groundwater, or
surface water.
