RE: PUD Amendment request for Iron Bridge PUD to amend the dimensional
standards for Lots 250 through 287 in the Club Villas Zone District
Dear Tim,
This office is in receipt of the additional information submitted on January 26th, 2009.
Based on our review of the request to amend (reduce) the setbacks of the existing PUD,
this office has determined the requested change is not considered to be a substantial
modification. As such, this office has approved the amended PUD request and I have
directed the Chief Building Official to release the Certificates of Occupancy for the 10
affordable housing units in Iron Bridge so that closings may occur as required by the
Board of County Commissioners. As also required by the Unified Land Use Resolution
of 2008, I am sending this letter to the Board of County Commissioners so that they have
notice of this action.
