Permanent address assigned by Garfield County Building Department posted where readily visible from access road; 3. A finished roof, a lockable house, complete exterior siding, exterior doors and windows installed, a complete kitchen with cabinets, a sink with hot & cold running water, non-absorbent kitchen floor coverings, counter tops and finished walls, ready for stove and refrigerator, all necessary plumbing; - 4. A complete bathroom, with wash bowl, tub or shower, toilet stool, hot and cold running water, non-absorbent floors and walls finished and a privacy door; 5. It is my intention to build the exact same unit three times. The engineering done for lot 13 may also be used for lot 8 as the soil conditions on lot 13 are more restrictive as spelled out in the CTL Thompson, Inc. soils report. Neither I nor Jeff Simonson of Schmueser Gordon Meyer were aware of the fomat required as of 1/1/99 requesting, to scale drawings ,18x24 or larger. The information was originally prepared using a dimensioned but not to scale 8.5x11 format,I have adjusted Jeff's drawings, as well as added the requested elevations. 1 was not able to reconstruct the documents in a larger form as much of the information is in Jeffs possession and he is out of town for two weeks.
