This memo serves to recop the meeting between the representative of Slit Water Conservancy District, Jason Spaulding and the potentlal new property owners oflot 1, Slit Heights Subdivision, Gaiy and Leah Shaw on Aprll 20, 2016 at the swco office In Slit, At the meeting, Gary Shaw and Jason Spaulding discussed the Items below and determtned the response Indicated: 1) May a home be built on the upper side [cast) of th& lrrl6atlon canal flowlng through tho property, Lot 1, within the 50 ft, access easement? Ye$, a home mny be bullt Inside that easement as long as It ls not wJthln 30ft of the Irrigation canal Itself and nothing ls done to compromise the Integrity of the canal. 2} May we as the future property owners use the Irrigation ditch maintenance road on lhe lower slde(west) to access the lower portion of the property should be bulld cuhop In the future? Yes, as the future properly owners you wlll be allowed to access the lower portion of the property and the future shop you bulld os Ions as the bull ding Is outside of the Slit Waler Consetvancy Dl5trlcts's SO foot easement. 3) Moy we pump Irrigation water that Is allotted to Lot 1 directly from the canol or from a pond that Is to be constructed on Lot 1? Yes, you may pump directly from canal or from a constructed pond.
