Olivia,
That is correct. We will add this email to the file and I copied the building inspectors. I believe the rational for this was
the various grade changes that would be problematic to get from a paved parking spot to the building in question.
Thanks,
Andy

Andy,
I'm following up on our conversation on Thursday, 6/23/16, about ADA parking for the Lodge Dorm and
Faculty Residence at Colorado Rocky Mountain School.
I understand that as long as there is a fully ADA compliant faculty residence with ADA parking somewhere on
campus, the Lodge dorm apartment will not require a paved parking space and accessible walkway to it. The
dorm itself does have ADA access and facilities.
Thanks so much for your time.
Best regards,
Olivia
