We believe that all of the wells for the Vagneur Minor Subdivision will be located in the
Roaring Fork Alluvium. Well production and water quality should be similar to that of the
Well 2 that was pump tested and water quality samples collected in August, 2014. Report
provided in previous submittal.
Attached is a copy of our well permit application package to the State Engineer's Office.
We have also attached copies of the water quality results on Well 2.
We expect Well 2 will continue to be used to serve Lot 2. New pump test and water
quality information will be provided prior to final plat for Lots 1 and 3.

Attached are two well permit applications for Wayne and Lois Vagneur, proposed
Vagneur Minor Subdivision. We have included a location map for the proposed well
together with a copy of the Basalt Water Conservancy District Applications and warranty
deed. Our check for $200.00 is attached for the two well permit applications.
The wells are located within Area A of the Basalt Water Conservancy District and as such
may operate under the Basalt TSSP until decreed by the Basalt District.

reimburse the District its pro rata share of the District's expenses in
obtaining the Umbrella Plan decree. Costs of reimbursement are
contingent upon location and intensity of the uses, and range from
$1,200 for contractees with less than 2 units (EQRs) in certain areas, to
$5,000 for more than 8 EQRs in Area A-3 (generally the Roaring Fork
drainage above its confluence with the Fryingpan Rivers).
