This email will be sufficient as a formal withdrawal
request, however; it does need to be signed by Julio as well. Unless
he would like to give you a Letter of Authorization stating you may
sign for and process any permits or documentation on his behalf.

process and they informed me that we can email you the form so
that you can assist Julio with properly filling it out. I will send you
the W-9 once the withdrawal letter has been submitted.
