Please call for locates prior to construction as, the law states. We also require that a SG personnel is on hand during construction activities with 25' of our pipeline and that you notify us couple of days prior to that request for scheduling. During construction, please maintain the existing cover over troth pipelines that will be covered under the pavement. Also, as to the installation of the new homes, we request that all foundations be kept a minimum of 25' away from the centerline of the 12" pipeline. And lastly, SG reserves the right to maintain its pipeline and ROW. Which might include damaging the new parking lot. if that happens, we are not responsible for its repair. Please reply with a digital approval to these terms prior to construction. If you have any questions please give me a call.
