Per your request, I reviewed the following items.

Item 1: Please see the attached sketches SSK 1-3 for revisions at the entry roof
framing. The prefabricated trusses are bearing on the interior closet wall & a new
bearing line will be added in the crawl space to support this wall.
Item 2: The 3X10 back deck ledger is adequate with (3) SDS25600 screws@ 16"
on center as installed.
Item 3: The master bedroom truss ledger is adequate as a (2) 9 % ML with (4)
SDS25600 screws @ 16" on center into wall studs as installed.
Item 4: The (3) 11 7/8 ML ledger at the master bedroom door header is adequate
as framed.
Item 5: The small window headers were framed with (1) trimmer & (1) king stud &
are adequate as framed.
Item 6: Steel column base plates in the garage and front entry shall be grouted
with high strength non shrink grout.
