of Occupancy -(UBC Sec. 109.1)
This certificate is issued pursuant to the requirements of Section 109.3 of the Uniform Building Code certifying that at the time of issuance, this

Issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy shall not be construed as an approval of a violation of the provisions of this code or of other
revolutions of the jurisdiction. Certificates presuming to give authority to 'violate or cancel the provisions of this code or of other resolutions
of the jurisdiction shall not be valid. (UBC Sec. 109.1).
