Hi Scott: We received an email from Kelly Cave indicating that second quit claim deed is not necessary and that the filing
of the plat addresses the issue.
I just met with Sheryl Bower our Director and she agreed with that direction and moving forward with recording the
plat.
I am available today to meet with you to wrap up the recording and have the originals of the Quit Claim Deed and
Surveyor's Summary.
The recording order per our meeting with Kelly was as follows:
1. Quit Claim Deed.
2. Plat
3. Surveyor Summary
Having you available at the recording will help ensure insertion of all the reception numbers and getting the right
recording fees. Please let me know what your schedule looks like and I'll make sure that I'm available. Earlier today is

Hi Kelly, hope this finds you well.
Attached find a drawing indicating the Robinson parcels and the Phillips deed overlap.
in our last meeting we all agreed that the amended plat would take care of the Phillips overlap onto Allen but a little
unclear as to how to deal with the Powers overlap.
Being that we are not changing the current deeded property for powers, would a quit claim suffice over having to
include Powers in the amended plat process?
