QUIT CLAIM SUMMARY
The purpose of this Quit Claim deed between Phillips and Powers is to resolve an overlap of
Parcel A of Resolution No. 81-50 (Phillips) and Parcel 2 of the Robinson SB -35 Exemption
(Powers).
The overlap occurred when the Robinson Exemption was created and went unnoticed until Allen
commenced an amended plat process to sell 2.8 acres more or less to Phillips. The Amended Plat
corrects an overlap between Allen and Phillips and the Quit Claim deed will resolve the overlap
between Phillips and Powers as the Powers Parcel 2 remains unaltered as a result of the
Amended Plat or the Quit Claim Deed.

QUITCLAIM DEED
THIS DEED, made on February 2016, between Cecil L. Phillips and Janice K. Barlow of the County of
Garfield and State of CO, grantor(s), and David R. Powers and Cynthia L. Powers, not in tenancy in common
but in joint tenancy, whose legal address is 496 County Road 251, Silt, CO 81652 of the County of Garfield and
State of CO, grantee(s):
WITNESS, that the grantor(s), for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars and other good and valuable
consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, have remised, released, sold and
