The purpose of this letter is to provide you a final report of the installation of the OWTS Design for the
Mugford Property located on Lot 3, Silt Heights Subdivision in Silt, Colorado. We previously provided
you the design of this system under our correspondence of June 9, 2016. Accordingly, the system has
been installed in accordance to that correspondence excepting the fact that as construction
commenced, we performed an additional percolation testing which allowed us to increase the LTAR for
the design of the infiltrator trenches. The previously determined L TAR for design was determined to be
0.35 gallons/sf/day while the additional testing justified moving the LTAR up to 0.54 gallons/sf/day. This
resulted in only needing to provide a total of 5 infiltrator trenches (with 13 units per trench) being
installed versus the previously proposed 8 trenches.
We have attached photos of the system installation along with a copy of AS-BUILT MAPPING dated
8/30/2016 for your records.
