Removed the "Preliminary Not for Construction" 2. Identified that the rim joist adjacent to the garage is to be a "treated 2x10 as an alternative". 3. We have also attached the soils report prepared by HP/Kumar. 4. We have reflected that the design of the foundation is capable of dealing with the 115 mph short term wind speed. Call with questions!
