Subject: Sharp Residence
Hi Andy,
Per my discussion this afternoon with Dave, I have made some drawing adjustments and have attached the PDF which
addresses the following:
1. Removed the "Preliminary Not for Construction"
2. Identified that the rim joist adjacent to the garage is to be a "treated 2x10 as an alternative".
3. We have also attached the soils report prepared by HP/Kumar.
4. We have reflected that the design of the foundation is capable of dealing with the 115 mph short term wind
speed.
