Tom,
You will need to build a wall against the house just to support the other 3 walls of the garage. There may be a way to
attach to the house for support but I am not sure if it would be a good idea to add any loads to the manufactured
home. An engineer might be able to come up with this design or to show a cross bracing detail for this with a modified
foundation along the common wall and supports to the new garage walls. l put some redline items on the plans.
The site plan looks good. I will try to get it out tomorrow.
