It has come to my attention that this property, know as Garfield County Parcel Number 217720209008, Block 1, Lot 8, at Rifle Village South, has been quit claim deeded to you. No final inspection has been performed on the modular home that has been placed on the property and no Certificate of Occupancy has been issued. The dwelling is currently occupied and must be vacated immediately. This office will take immediate legal action against you if a final inspection is not successfully completed or the house is not vacated within the next thirty days. A correction notice was left on the property on August 29, 2002 detailing the items that need to be repaired before a CO could be issued. We have not heard from you or Craig Messinger since then.
