This firm represents Nanna Schov (Lot 9) and the Anne Guipel Trust (Lot 7) who are the
co -applicants in this application for vacation of plat. Thank you for your time in the pre
applicationsliscussion we had_last week.-P_lease_ accept_ this application_ for vacation_ofthe
Amended Plat of Lots 7, 8, and 9 Rock Creek Subdivision dated June 10, 1994 and recorded as
Reception No. 465473 recorded July 6, 1994.
Enclosed are a copy of the Amended Plat and a copy of the Map of the Rock Creek
Subdivision dated June 3, 1973, a check for $100.00, and a narrative by prepared by one of the
applicants as you requested for background.
We understand that if the information is complete, you will set a hearing with the Board
of County Commissioners and we will post a sign and publish a notice of the hearing. We look
