DIRECTOR DETERMINATION — Aspen Glen PUD Amendment — Club Villas Zone
Dear Mr. Gross,
This letter is provided to you as the representative for Gerd Zeller and the request for an
amendment to change the front setbacks for duplex units in Club Villas Zone District at
Aspen Glen from twenty-five feet (25') to twenty feet (20'). This is an administrative
action as it has been determined to meet the definition of non -substantial change. This

This approval is contingent upon a 10 -day notice to the Board of County Commissioners
for their determination on whether a Public Hearing should occur on this application. If
no hearing is requested a Land Use Change Permit shall be issued.
