RE: Rezoning of Richard and Mary Jolley parcel to a PUD
Dear Commissioners:

I have no objection to the changing of the zoning to a PUD although I would
want to make certain ditch easements are made wide enough. I know the
Coryell Ditch and possibly the Redrock ditch run through Richard and Mary
Jolley's property. I would like to see these ditch easement 25 feet wide
with no structures or fences built on this easement. I would also like to
see a easement to use the PUD roads to access these ditches.
