Dear Mr. Baldwin:
We have reviewed the material submltted for the above referenced
application for exemptton. The developer proposes to use wells for the
water supply which would intercept ground water tributary to the Roarlng
Fork River at a point where there ls still water available for approprlatlon.
This offie can issue individual domestic well permits to individual lot
purchasers and we recommend approval of the Niday Exemption.
