PETITION FOR EXEMPTION
Pursuant to C.R.S. (.l973) Section 30-28-101 (10) (a)-(d) as amended, and
the Subdivision Regulations of Garfield County, Colorado, adopted September I '
1972 and amended April 14, 1975, Section l.O?.17 (d) and 3.02.01 the undersigned

petitions the Board of County Commissioners of Garfield County, Colorado, to
exempt by resolution the division of e 40 acre tract o.f 'land into A

Dear Mr. Baldwin:
We have reviewed the material submltted for the above referenced
application for exemption. The developer proposes to use domestlc wells
for the water supply which *o+d intercept ground water tributary'to the
Colorado River at a point wherd there is stilt water avallable for appropria-
tion. Thts office can issue individual domestic well permits to indivldual
lot purchasers and we recommend approval of the Nieslanlk Exemptlon.
