I have received copies of Mr. Stowe's present deeds and the
legal description on the .08 acre parcel. I now need the legal
description on the .10 acre parcel, and a copy of your deed con-
veying the .08 acre parcel to Mr. Stowe (this, the deed can be
given to me after the resolution is prepared). However, I will
need the legal description on the .10 acre parcel to draw up the
resolution.

You have until January 15, 1982 to submit a legal description
