Pursuant to C.R.S. (1973) Section 30-28-101 (10) (a) - (d) as amended, and
the Subdivision Regulations of Garfield County, Colorado, adopted January 2, 1979

Board of County Commissioners of Garfield County, Colorado, to exempt by resolu-
tion the division of 30 acre tract of land into
tracts of
approximately- - a-4; acres each, more or less, from the difinitions of
"subdivision" and "subdivided land" as the terms are used and defined in C.R.S.
(1973) Section 30-28-101 (a) - (d) and the Garfield County Subdivision Regulations,
for the reasons stated below.

*I01 This unit is `aJ percent;At-teeio sandy loan and 30 percent
Aieltine Gravelly :loam. The components of this unit are so
tr.ieately intermingled that it was not practical to map them
separately at the scale used.
$401 Included in this unit are small areas of soils that are
similar to the Atencio and Azeltine but have finer texture. Also
included_ are small areas of gravel bars. Included areas make up
a:bnut 10 percent of the total acreae.
The Atencio soil is deep and well drained. It formed in
alluvium derived dominantly from sandstone and shale. Typically,
the surface layer is r.eddisri Kray sanJy loan b inches thick. The
subsoil is sandy loan and sandy clay loam 16 inches thick. The
upper 6 inches of the substraturn is gravelly sandy loam. The
lower part to a depth of 60 inches is sand and gravel. The soil
is noncalcareoua to a depth of 20 inches and calcareous below
that depth. In sone areas the surface layer is gravelly or
cobbly. .
$I01 Permeauility of the Atencio soil is moderate to a depth jf'

conveyed to Edward M. Greenwood and Margaret A. Greenwood by the deed
recorded as Doc. No. 212401 in Book 331 at Page 597 of the Garfield County,
Colorado records.
Together with all and singular the hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging, or in anywise apper-
taining, and the reversion and reversions, remainder and remainders, rents, issues and profits thereof; and all the
estate, right, title, interest, claim and dernand whatsoever of the said part ies of the first part, either in law or
equity, of, in and to the above bargained premises, with the hereditaments and appurtenances.

Range 88 West of the 6th Principal Meridian, Garfield County, Colorado,
being 10 feet in width and lying 5 feet on each side of the following
described centerline:
Beginning at a well as constructed and in place whence a brass cap
found in place and properly marked for the Northwest Corner of said Sec-
tion 17 bears N 28°05'58" W 1186.36 feet; thence S 89°14'52" E 188.32
feet. The sidelines of the above described easement being lengthened
or shortened on the easterly end to terminate on the Southwesterly
boundary lines of the herewith described Tracts D and E.
