GARFIELD COUNTY, COLORADO
PEPITION FOR EXEMPTION
Pursuant to C.R.S. (1973) Section 30 -28 -101(10)(a) -(d) as amended, and the
Subdivion Regulations of Garfield County, Colorado, adopted September 1,1972
and amended April 14, 1975, Sections 1.02.17(d) and 3.02.01, the undersigned
Joseph Herczeg and Maria Herczeg respectfully petition the Board of County
Commioners of Garfield County, Colorado, to exempt by resolution of 1.6
acre tract at 0044 - 130 County Rd., more fully hereinafter described, from
the definitions of "subdivision" and "subdivision land" as the terms are
used and defined in C.R.S. (1973) Section 30-28-101(a) - (d) and the Garfield
County Subdivion Regulations, for the reasons stated below:

a point on the Easterly bank of the Burton Ditch; thence N.
28°20' W. 20.00 feet along the Easterly hank of the Burton
Ditch; thence S. 61°40' W. 60.50 feet; thence N. 28°20' W.
136.00 feet; thence N. 19°19' W. 197.11 feet to a point on
